Senior Accountant

Senior Associate, Treasury

Location: Northern NJ
Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 plus up to 55% bonus
Working closely with the business on all aspects of borrowing, liquidity and Balance Sheet management to determine the most efficient borrowing at terms that meet strategic objectives for both the business and the overall company Analysis of business unit cashflows to jointly develop and plan for dividends from the Life business Capital management activities; which includes the execution of financing solutions for non-economic reserves of the Individual Life business. These solutions involve working with the business and external banks to develop structured transactions. This position has the opportunity to be involved with all aspects of these transactions, from determining deal terms to final closing. Ongoing review and analysis of required capital Review of reinsurance transactions and impact on required capital and dividends Support and development of annual business unit capital plans Closed Block Business; analysis, financial reporting and investment portfolio review and planning Ongoing review and analysis of debt service coverage accounts and related covenant compliance Legal entity management responsibilities for several of the company’s larger subsidiaries and its captive companies. This includes the review and analysis of liquidity, capitalization levels and planning and execution of dividends from the legal entity to the parent. Development and support of various financial presentations to senior management (treasurer, CFO), rating agencies, state insurance departments and board of directors/Finance Committee

Senior Manager, Treasury

Location: Northern NJ
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000
This position plays a vital role in managing the cash, investment, debt and foreign exchange operations of the company and its affiliated entities.

Associate Manager, Treasury Operations

Location: Northern NJ
Compensation: $60,000 to $72,000 plus 25% bonus
Manages professionals engaged in the collection, concentration, disbursement and balance reporting of financial transactions. In addition to supervisory and administrative duties, individuals are actively involved in the conduct/execution of processes. Incumbents identify and resolve workflow issues, assist in the implementation of policies and procedures and provide feedback on resource requirements and allocation. Normally directs a group or section of Treasury Specialists. May participate in the most complex cash management projects.

Sr. Manager, Treasury

Location: Northern NJ
Compensation: $85,000 to $95,000 plus bonus
This position plays a vital role in managing the cash, investment, debt and foreign exchange operations.

Senior Treasury Associate

Location: Northern NJ
Compensation: $48,000 to $53,000 plus bonus & OT
This position is responsible for performing the cash management responsibilities including cash positioning and reporting supporting one of company's business lines, which includes Asset Management, FI, Insurance or Retirement and Annuities.

Finance Assistant

Location: Northern NJ
Compensation: $50,000 to $55,000
The Assistant will be responsible for managing all Accounts Payable transactions (Wire, ACH and Checks) and treasury. Duties entail preparing the actual cash management report daily and comparison analysis between actual and forecasting cash flow monthly. The successful candidate will be forecasting three month moving cash flow, posting and making journal entries for monthly closings, reconciling O/A Payment and managing netting system among all the affiliate companies.

Treasury Associate

Compensation: $45,000 to $55,000 plus bonus & OT
Seeking an individual who will be responsible for the trade support processes in connection with the company's directly issued commercial paper programs, medium term note program (Retail Notes) and structured debt transactions.
