Mgr., Program Business Accounting
Description
· Ensuring Premium Written by each Program Administrator is properly recorded on the Company's subsidiary ledger.
· Ensuring Monthly Account Currents are timely received and that the related cash is received, recorded and applied against the open accounts receivable.
· Ensuring outstanding amounts due under the terms of each PA agreement are collected or effectively resolved, in a timely manner.
· Performing annual operational audits to ensure that the accounting and financial controls are being maintained for each respective PA.
· Participation in the Company's Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 compliance efforts.
Desired Experience
· Thorough knowledge of GAAP and Statutory Accounting.
· Experience with the development, documentation and testing of financial and operational controls.
· Significant knowledge in the areas of finance and accounting including financial statement analysis.
· Advanced PC skills, including Excel, Access, Peoplesoft, and WINS.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to travel 15 to 20%.

$70,000 to $95,000 plus bonus
