Accounting Manager
Description
• Assist the VP of Finance in all accounting and finance areas including:
o Preparation of financial statements
o Entering journal entries
o Bank Reconciliations
o Account Analysis
o Preparation of Management and Board of Directors Reporting Packages
o Debt Compliance Calculations
o Preparation of Budgets and estimates
o Variance analysis as compared with budgets
o Recording, counting and reconciling inventory
o Fixed assets tracking
• Oversee accounts payable and receivables including:
o Code and enter invoices, obtain required approvals, cut checks, maintain vendor relations and files
o Collection of past due receivables
Desired Experience
ƒ{ Five or more years relevant accounting experience.
ƒ{ Experience with the computerized systems including Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point) and Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar package.
ƒ{ Bachelors Degree in Accounting
ƒ{ CPA preferred
