Trade Program Manager
Description
The Trade Program Manager will support the design of the overall trade investment strategy for customers, and interface with Sales Directors, Account Teams, the Pricing, Promotions and Trade Group, as well as Trade Marketing and Sales Planning in order to develop trade investment strategies.
-Collaborate with the Sales Directors to develop the overall annual Trade Investment strategy. Provide strategic guidance to Marketing Managers and Sales Planning on customer and product allocation/investment as well as most effective uses of funds.
-Provide the analytical fact base to influence the design of Trade Investment programs (including tactical promotion elements); help to support the company’s overall Trade Investment strategy; maximize ROI of investment; identify trade program performance parameters; ensure compliance with performance criteria.
-Closely interface with the Promotional ROI analyst to understand key business drivers.
-Ensure that lessons learned are translated into best practice standards and procedures for trade programs and are applied consistently across all customer and category plans.
