Sr. Analyst/Manager Contracts & Pricing
Description
Provide finance and contract support for national managed markets field force
Manage activities of the Managed Care Commercial Contracting team
Negotiate and manage rebate agreements in accordance with legal/regulatory guidelines/SOP’s through coordination with legal counsel
Manage administration of rebate payments
Develop, implement, oversee and continuously improve the overall contract management process, in support of pharmaceutical business
Actively participate in activities in order to identify best practices and maximize and leverage efficiencies pertaining to contracting
Analyze contract proposals and conditions of agreement to determine profit impact on current and potential sales
Proactively identify and analyze contractual issues, mitigating eExplain complex pricing & contracting concepts, provide counsel on contract guidelines and pharmaceutical regulations

Partner with legal to standardize contract provisions, ensure contract compliance and provide counsel on pharmaceutical regulations, regulatory policies and guidelines.
Coordinate contract archives to ensure document integrity and process compliance
Identify and implement initiatives and prepare financial proposals and opportunity assessments
Desired Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field required. Advanced degree preferred.
A minimum of 7 years experience required with successful track record in progressive leadership positions within an FDA regulated industry.
Pharmaceutical experience strongly preferred.

Compensation
$70,000 to $110,000 plus bonus
