Description

• SOX coordinator for financial reporting • Maintain and update accounting policies manual • Monitor FASB, SEC, EITF and IFRC for new developments • Maintain data base for technical accounting responses • Prepare preliminary responses to exposure drafts • Assist with technical accounting questions • Assist with derivative accounting and quarterly close
