• Prepare Management’s Discussion and Analysis for 10-K and 10-Qs • Implementation of new FASB standards • Research and answer technical accounting questions – Revenue recognition, EITF 01-08, Variable Interest Entities, Embedded Derivatives, Etc. • Accounting for acquisitions and divestitures • External Reporting – preparation of footnotes • Review Foreign to US GAAP adjustments of foreign subsidiaries and joint ventures
