Sales Analyst
Description
Guide implementation of new account plans working directly with Account Executives Synthesize and aggregate account plans and implement monitoring mechanism for Sales VP
• Support strategy definition for different account segments and key accounts
• Develop analysis to support/disprove key hypotheses around sales strategy
• Manage optimal sales coverage by segment and account and propose adjustments to sales structure
• Support Sales Directors on account strategy, coverage and planning
• Serve as project manager to plan, organize and drive execution of sales related topics
• Work with Sales VP to prioritize the activities of Sales organization
• Prepare presentations about sales strategy, coverage and planning
• Coordinate communication of Sales VP with sales team and other departments
Desired Experience
Bachelor Degree in business, advertising, marketing or other related area of expertise
• Working knowledge of marketing (due to education and/or job experience) and a general understanding of relevant business issues, fiance/accounting, and economics
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
• Exceptional oral, written and formal presentation skills
• Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization (directly interacting with Sales VP, Directors and Account teams)
• Demonstrated ability to generate innovative insights from rigorous analysis
• Experience managing projects, including ability to provide direction and successfully generate results working with internal or external resources
• Strong personal drive and creativity; self starter and able to see things through to completion
