Manager,Global Reporting & Analysis
Description
Analysis and Reporting for North America and Latin America regions:
Support the North America and Latin America regions on GAAP accounting issues and provide accounting and reporting guidelines
Gain an understanding of contracts and deals related to the North America and Latin America regions as well as the proper GAAP applications
Obtain an understanding of regional forecasts and responsible for variance analysis between actuals and forecast
Complete in depth analysis on P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance reporting
Assist with the consolidation and reporting of global financials
Prepare Monthly Reporting Packages to be distributed to Senior Management
Complete monthly and quarterly deliverables to Corporate
Ensure that processes and controls are documented and operating in a manner compliant with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act
Develop and implement controls, process enhancements, and accounting policies in connection with accounting and reporting structure.
Work with External Reporting group to ensure that all supporting documentation needed for SEC filings is timely and accurately completed
Liaison with internal and external auditors to ensure that all documentation required for audit review is accurate and complete
Complete special projects and analyses as requested by senior management
Desired Experience
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, CPA required
Approximately 5-7 years experience, with at mix of experience in Big 4 Public accounting as well as experience in Private accounting
Strong knowledge of GAAP required
Strong analytical skills
Spanish speaking a plus

Compensation
$90,000 to $95,000 plus bonus
