Manager, Corporate Accounting
Description
• Overall responsibility for the Company's internal accounting and reporting including consolidation
• Provide accounting oversight for the core Corporate Accounting function, with specialty in Benefits Accounting.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate the monthly close process involving Corporate Accounting, HR/Benefits, Financial Systems, Tax, Planning & Analysis, Treasury, External Reporting, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Revenue Control, Revenue Management, Field Finance, etc.
• Ensure adherence to the Company's accounting policies and controls over financial reporting.
• Review and assess consolidated financial statements and information.
• Lead, develop, and motivate staff.
• Ensure financial systems output provided are appropriate for senior management (i.e., consistent, accurate, complete, etc.)
• Ensure acquisitions are appropriately integrated and reported.
• Accountable for execution and coordination with external auditors.
• Expand Corporate accounting capacity to partner with HR/Benefits, Payroll and other areas.
Desired Experience
4-Year College Degree in Accounting
CPA Preferred
6+ years mix of public (Big 4), private accounting experience

Compensation
$110,000 to $120,000 plus 15%
