Senior Treasury Associate
Description
This position is responsible for performing the cash management responsibilities including cash positioning and reporting supporting one of company's business lines, which includes Asset Management, FI, Insurance or Retirement and Annuities.
- Determine daily cash positions
- Make investment related decisions based on forecast information as well as trended historical data
- Reconcile/analyze forecast to actual investment and operating activity on a daily basis
- Prepare variance analysis reporting for business units and portfolio management for monitoring forecast vs. actual discrepancies (variance reports)
- Prepare short-term cash flow projection reports
- Provide consulting to various business units of Prudential to improve processing flows, forecasting and investment related activity
- Communicate with banks and various Prudential business units to investigate and resolve transaction and balance issues
- Initiate wire transfers to concentrate funds for investment and fund operating and investment activity
- Track balance and wire discrepancies for reporting of management related quality performance scores
- Procedure and workflow documentation
- Conduct and document moderately complex financial analysis projects/reports.
- Other functions include independent and group projects related to cash management initiatives
Desired Experience
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
2 years work experience with relevant cash management / commercial banking experiences

$48,000 to $53,000 plus bonus & OT
