Director Financial Analysis
Description
The Finance Organization is seeking a Director, Financial Analysis in its Expense Management Group to support the Technology organization. The Technology organization has a budget of $200M, with over 400 employees and numerous vendor relationships.
This position reports directly to the Vice President, Expense Management and will work collaboratively within Finance, across the Technology organization, and with other areas including Customer Service, Producer Service, Marketing & Distribution, Agency Distribution, and Product Development. A critical component of the role is developing strong relationships and understanding the business, particularly how Technology provides the ongoing infrastructure and support.
The major responsibilities of this position include:
· Monthly reporting deliverables and variance analysis for expenses, headcount and software capitalization,
· Understanding key business projects, and their impact of the technology organization,
· Working with the Technology team and Finance to develop monthly, annual and mult-year forecasts,
· Preparing business cases, such as buy/lease decision and outsourcing arrangements.
· Responding to ad hoc requests, usually with a short time frame,
· Managing a team of 3 associates,
· Identifying opportunity to enhance the role of trusted business and financial advisor to the Technology organization,
· Identifying opportunities to enhance the analytics provided to business partners,
· And fostering collaborative, working relationships with colleagues across the Finance and business organizations.
Desired Experience
· BA/BS degree in business or relevant discipline required, MBA preferred,
· 8+ years of experience providing financial support to business partners, preferably Technology and Service related,
· Knowledge of GAAP accounting, Oracle experience preferred,
· Working knowledge of Technology preferred,
· Strong quantitative and analytical skills,
· Ability to interact with Associates at all levels of organization,
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
· Strong PC skills; Excel, PowerPoint, Word,
· Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects,
· High degree of flexibility and productivity,
· Excellent skills in leadership, partnering, and drive for results.

Compensation
$100,000 to $125,000 plus 0-45% Bonus
