Manager, Financial Reporting

Description

The Manager, Financial Reporting is administratively responsible for four individuals - One Team Lead and three staff. Responsibilities are for five domestic life and health statutory companies and consist of the following: *Review, on both a quarterly and annual basis, the coordination and preparation of various regulatory requests from the NAIC, states and various regulatory agencies. * Coordinate the Statutory Year End and quarterly Compliance Filing processes * Prepare and/or review the Statutory Notes to Financials and General Interrogatories * Review reports and data for all Guaranty Fund and Comprehensive Health Assessments. * Coordinate and review the Annual Rating Agency Filings (AM Best, Moody's , S&P and Fitch) * Beginning third quarter, 2007 coordinate and review quarterly and annual filings forone property/casualty subsidiary.

Desired Experience

* Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills (including oral and written commuication). * Strong adminstrative skills * BS Degree in Accounting or other finance related field.
