Finance Assistant

Description

The Assistant will be responsible for managing all Accounts Payable transactions (Wire, ACH and Checks) and treasury. Duties entail preparing the actual cash management report daily and comparison analysis between actual and forecasting cash flow monthly. The successful candidate will be forecasting three month moving cash flow, posting and making journal entries for monthly closings, reconciling O/A Payment and managing netting system among all the affiliate companies.

Desired Experience

2-3 years related experience. Proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of General Accounting Principles, Banking and Financing.
