Senior Accountant
Description
• Assist with month-end general ledger closing
• Ensure accurate and timely tracking, accounting and payment of defense costs as well as timely tracking
• Prepare inter-company reconciliations for all entities except Corporate
• Prepare monthly API Reporting Package submitted to Oslo
• Perform monthly analysis and reconciliation of assigned general ledger accounts, primarily accrued liabilities
• SOX & expense control responsibilities
• Provide data to and monitor all aspects of a Sales & Use Tax third-party outsourced provider
• Coordinate the timely submission of various state and international non-income tax returns
• SOX quarterly contracts review
• Work with and provide support to independent auditors
• Various ad hoc projects
Desired Experience
• 4 to 6 years minimum experience in a similar function
• CPA preferred but not required
• Strong Excel and accounting system skills (J.D. Edwards preferred)

Compensation
$70,000 to $80,000 plus 10% bonus
