Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis
Description
Lead the divisional reporting, forecasting and business performance measurement process to ensure achievement of divisional goals. Coordinate the data collection and consolidation of the operating and strategic plans. Support corporate finance with data requests. Partner with business unit leaders to improve and advance business activities.
Responsible for the preparation, analysis and distribution of the following:
- Monthly reporting of divisional results
- Monthly sales forecast for production planning
- Expense Analysis by department
- Price/Volume/Currency analysis
- Variance Analysis versus plan and prior year
- Financial metrics
Coordinate the data collection of the annual operating and strategic plans
Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the data warehouse (TM1)
Serve as liaison to business unit leaders by assisting them with financial management and accounting related services
Supervise and mentor financial planning and analysis analyst
Desired Experience
BS/BA Degree in Accounting or Finance
MBA / CPA a plus
Strong financial background
7+ years of financial experience.
Experience in a manufacturing and global environment a plus
Ability to interact with senior management across all functional areas
Strong communication and organizational skills
Advanced Microsoft excel and data warehouse skills, JD Edwards/TM1 skills a plus
Supervisory experience a plus

Compensation
$80,000 to $90,000 plus 10% bonus
