Manager Analytics
Description
This position performs analyses on budgets, cash flows, operating results, business plans, and individual units within the Company.
• Perform financial modeling, forecasting, and ten year planning
• Monitor performance of business units
• Aid in creating a working budget
• Evaluate potential business opportunities and strategies
• Write business plans and industry reports
• Conduct research and due diligence
• Identify and analyze new technologies
• Determine impact of financial events and acquisitions
• Create models and projections coherent with company vision.
• Work on ad hoc projects
Desired Experience
• BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 7+ years experience in forecasting and modeling
• Orthopedic experience preferred
• Experience managing people
• Must be able to interpret large amounts of complex information
• Must be comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office

$100,000 to $115,000 plus bonus & options
