· Managing a group of 12 accounting professionals responsible for the financial reporting of a $1.0B US business segment · Responsible for SOX compliance associated with all US accounting functions and quarterly reviews of SOX key control tests. · Responsible for completion of all external financial and transit franchise audits, statutory audits for entities in Puerto Rico and Corporate Internal Audits.
